On 18th November the members of Horwich & Westhoughton Tangent Club, of which Gill was a past chairman, held a CLARINS evening, with a buffet, makeovers, raffles and prizes. Doreen was the chief organiser, and boy, can she organise, and I produced the tickets etc and with my daughter Helen we helped on the night selling raffle tickets. It was a great night both financially, raising £660 for Ovarian Cancer Action, and in raising awareness, with over 100 ladies there who all received OVA leaflets and symptom diaries supplied by Hannah. Thanks to all who attended and to those who gave donations in cash or as prizes.
